The above prices are for the apartment and include a cleaning charge, electricity and local telephone calls.

These are monthly rentals. Extra weeks or nights may be added if available. 2 or 3 week rentals considered on request.

For UK guests May – November £410 per week for 2 weeks rental. Please contact us for details.

Each rental includes a one person or one couple golf club membership. The transfer fee of $200 is paid to Kelly Greens on arrival. Golfers pay a minimal green and cart fee depending on time of year. Guests reserving through our Agents will be charged a non returnable premium of $50 for insurance against breakages.

Golfers have up to 6 booked in advance tee times per week. Tee times are secured through the Chelsea Computer System – or just phone the Pro Shop. If desired additional tee times, on a space available basis, may be obtained the day of play.

From May 1st to October 31st Kelly Greens has reciprocity with approximately 40 golf courses in the area. Golfers can play any of these courses paying only a cart rental.

Kelly Greens is a private course – no public play. The Kelly Greens restaurant is also private with no minimums.
